Audition Master Class series
Have you ever wanted to workshop your monologue? Are they getting stale and you want to shake it up? Do you have a brand new monologue to try out? Bring your monologues in and try them at this workshop. There will be timeslot's available for individuals wishing to perform. All other auditors will be in the audience. Auditors will be able to get handouts, take notes, and ask questions.
Ages 12+ II
Ages 10+ II four days long II 2 hours a class
Audition Masterclass -- DANCE! Learn from the pros in three intensive workshops on hip hop/modern, Fosse/modern and tap with David Norwood, Chynna Shurts and Shannon Jung, and then experience a dance call audition with all three instructors, getting tips to enhance your success! Open to ages 10 and up -- dance experience required.
Led by Alix Trull and Colin Shepard this class focuses on learning skills to make your vocal auditions the best they can be. You will learn to work with an accompanist, how to prepare your sheet music, vocal techniques, and acting choices to strengthen your next audition
The class will have 8 spots for individuals to be workshopped with. These performers should be prepared like a normal audition, with 2, 32 bar cuts and their music. These spots will cost $50.00 a person and each person will get around 20 mins of stage time.
To audit the class as an audience member it is $25.00 a person. Auditors will get handouts and be able to take notes and ask questions throughout the class.
