CLASSES & CAMPS

For students first experiencing the performing arts as young as three to adults rediscovering the theatre or fulfilling a lifelong wish, our classes build performance-level skills both on and behind the stage.

MPA offers a broad range of programming for children and adults, guided by respected theatre professionals with decades of combined experience working in the field. Whether you're a young thespian dreaming of Broadway or an adult looking to build confidence through performing, we have something for everyone.

We offer both technique and performance-driven classes, plus private lessons in acting, dance, voice, and instruments. Discover the craft of acting from beginning technique to advanced audition prep. Dust off your dancing shoes with tap or Broadway jazz. Build your musical muscles from basic sight reading to rock band jams. Or learn the ins and outs of theatre tech, including lighting, sound, stage management, and costume design, through our theatre tech program and internship opportunities.

At Metropolitan Performing Arts, we strive to provide programming for every individual who wishes to experience the performing arts. We offer Payment Plans and Family Discounts. Scholarships are available to allow all students to participate in our programs.

We love Metro! So many great opportunities for kids of all ages. Their theater productions are brilliantly envisioned and professionally done. We are so grateful to the teachers and staff who have provided such wonderful growth experiences for our family.
